My name is Kaitlin, and my passion is writing. Because it's not always the easiest subject to handle, I understand the frustrations involved, and I want to help students who strive to be more adept at English, whether they struggle with grammar, literature, building a thesis, or just writing in general. I've attended various writing workshops over the years, which I feel helped me quite extensively. Since attending these workshops, I've been published, worked with various authors of various genres, and won an award for my poetry. I am also in charge of the blog and product descriptions for a small, local business. My volunteer work has helped me to understand people of all ages. I've worked and volunteered with fine arts programs, theatre, and many different film festivals. I attended Sundance as part of a study away opportunity, and I've been able to interact with many artists from all over the world because of my studies. The more I do, the more I realize how important good writing skills are. I want to help anyone who wants to better their skills, and I hope I can do that.

Hobbies
Although my favorite writing projects are fiction and screenplays, I know one of the biggest frustrations in academia is essay-writing. Because there are many tips to writing more proficiently, I believe honing those skills is much simpler than it seems. I've revised screenplays, essays, poems, stories, and emails. In my spare time, I like baking and gardening as well as writing and watching movies. Please contact me if you need anything!
